Clubhouse Rental

The Great Valley Volunteer Fire Hall or Club House in Great Valley, New York may be available to rent for an event.

Hall Rental Requirements:

$750 + tax rental fee

$150.00 deposit due upon receipt of application and refundable only for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event.

Additional $60.00 an hour + tax for events that run past the 6 hour time limit.

Balance of remaining rental fee is due that last Thursday before the event and before access is granted to the facility.



The clubhouse can seat 200 people.


Equipment available for use that is included in rental fee:

  • 25 - 5 foot round tables
  • 200 - black vinyl chairs
  • 18 - 3 foot x 6 foot rectangle folding tables
  • 20 foot x 30 foot dance floor
  • 6 burner gas stove with flat top griddle and two gas ovens
  • Access to cooler for food storage
  • 3 bin wash sink for kitchen clean up

Rental Regulations:

All beverages must be ordered through the Fire Company. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted under any circumstances.

Kitchen equipment must be cleaned if used and the person signing the contract is liable for any damages or missing equipment.

All food must be served on the tile floor.

Deposits & Billing

If the event will have an open bar, we require an additional $1000.00 deposit at least one week prior to the event.

All balances will be billed after the event and must be paid within 30 days of billing.

An interest charge will be applied to any bill lasting more than 30 days.
